Before you goOpen February to September only, and probably not worth the trip on a light day.
Working window
NNE–E
Context only, never a go-call
Open-Meteo
An east-facing hill on a NNE through E. Restricted landing and a rough north end make it more a paraglider site.
CP plus ten hours, unless arranged with a coach.
Launch from any area clear of scrub; the south end is best.
Bottom land when the field is not in crop. No real top landing.
Off the A3 at the Chalton signpost, left fork before the pub; small roadside spaces, walk under the railway.
A railway line runs the lower boundary and power lines cross the south side. Scrub covers much of the hill.
