Is it your level?EntryPGHG

The club's gentle training and testing slope, a soft south-west incline for finding your feet.

Facts from the Sky Surfing Club guide · pilots are adding the local read

Before you goThe incline is so shallow that a modern glider easily overflies the normal bottom landing in fair air, so plan your descent.

The read

A gentle SSW through WSW slope; it can suffer rotor when the wind is off to the west.

Is it my level

CP rated, and a CP must keep to local flights to stay insured. The natural place to build hours.

Launch

Launch immediately below the wooded area, with a backup slope to rig on.

Landing

Down the slope into the bowl, or a side landing onto the slope.

Getting there

Through the gate east of the radio mast off the A3, or the QECP car park via the underpass.

The catch

Shallow ground means easy over-shoots of the bottom landing, and rotor in any west in the wind.
